Dr. Purushothaman P. K is a Senior Consultant – ENT, Head & Neck, and Skull Base Surgeon. He is an Ear, Nose, and Throat surgeon with extensive experience in the field of Endoscopic sinus surgery, Endoscopic skull base surgery, Endoscopic ear surgery, and Endoscopic laryngeal surgery. He underwent a clinical fellowship in Neurotology and Lateral skull base surgery at Gruppo Otologica (Italy) and an Observational fellowship in Endoscopic skull base surgery (Adelaide and Pittsburgh). He was a visiting scholar in the Department of Otolaryngology, Pittsburgh, and also participated in the Visiting Physician programme at St Vincent Medical centre, House ear Institute, Los Angeles, California. He has also undergone training in TMJ surgery, Leipzig; Laryngeal Reinnervation surgery, Rouen; Rhinoplasty, Singapore; Facial Plastic, Singapore and Slovenia; Conventional skull Base surgery, Sweden and Florida; Sleep Surgery, Singapore, and so on. His special interests include Rhinology, Endoscopic skull base surgery, and Endoscopic ear surgery; also, being an international teaching faculty in the field of Endoscopic skull base surgery. He has to his credit numerous research publications in international journals, also having presented them and attended conferences in various countries. He is a member of the Association of Otolaryngologists of India and the Indian Society of Otology.
