He completed MBBS from Christian Medical College, Vellore in 1975, MD (Gen.Med) from Madras Medical College, Madras in April 1980 and completed MNAMS (Int.Med) from the National Board, Delhi in 1980. After post-graduation he served as physician attending to all general medical problems for 5 years in Mission Hospitals followed by the Madras Port Trust Hospitals for 4 years before accepting a foreign assignment for 10 years. On return from abroad he joined St. Isabel’s. He is associated with St. Isabel’s for almost 20 years now.
